What does treatment involve?
A very thin pre-sterilized needle is
inserted at each selected point. Although most first time clients expect
the procedure to be painful, the insertion is almost never felt. There
may be a slight prick and you may feel numbness or tingly, but not pain.
How many needles are used?
Usually three to twelve points are used depending on the problem being addressed.
How many visits are needed?
The number of treatments depend on the
type of illness, time or duration, diet or lifestyle and congenital
factors. Usually three to ten treatments for simple patterns is normal.
Twenty or more for chronic, deeply rooted conditions may be required.
